Milly Adams is a pseudonym of Margaret Graham who also writes under the name of Annie Clarke. Margaret is married to Dick, has 4 children and 5 grandchildren who lead her astray. They insist it is the other way round. Margaret is a bestselling author of 25 novels, and has been published in the UK, Europe and the USA.
Margaret co-researched a television documentary which grew out of her novel Canopy of Silence and has written short stories, a couple of plays, and a very short panto in which she, of course, starred. She founded and ran with two friends a small charity raising funds through writing festivals and competitions for wounded veterans. Though the charity is now closed she still mentors some veterans in their writing endeavours. Margaret gives talks, and teaches creative writing, often finding her writers are already fantastic and just need a shove or two. She founded the Yeovil Literary Prize with Jim Mitchell.
