Linda O’Byrne has been writing for more years than she cares to remember - books for children, serials, short stories, etc.
A lover of Jane Austen’s novels, The Ladies of Pemberley series is her first venture into Regency romance. “What if…” has always been one of her writing inspirations and in these books we discover that twenty years on from the days of Pride and Prejudice, the next generation of heroines are just as thrilling and entertaining as their mothers were!
Now retired - she was fiction editor for Woman’s Weekly, Woman & Home and Bella magazines, Linda lives in a village in Hampshire and when not writing is involved in local amateur dramatics and battling a very steep garden!
