About the Role 

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Assistant to join our growing team, working in close collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, and Editorial teams. You will manage international campaigns across multiple markets — DACH, English-speaking markets (US, UK, CA, AU) and France — driving the promotion of our eBooks and audiobooks across Amazon Ads and Meta. As we continue to grow, there is a clear roadmap to expand into additional platforms including TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads. 

Your Responsibilities 

Amazon Ads 

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) for ebooks and audiobooks 

  • Conduct keyword research and optimisation using tools such as Publisher Rocket and other relevant analysis tools 

  • Research and evaluate targeting options, audience segments, and performance data 

Meta Ads 

  • Plan, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for ebooks and audiobooks 

  • Handle audience segmentation, creative testing, and ongoing performance optimisation 

 

General 

  • Manage campaigns across international markets: DACH, US/UK/CA/AU, and France 

  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations 

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Editorial teams on ongoing campaigns and product launches 

Your Profile 

  • Some experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field (internship, or 0–2 years professional experience) 

  • Genuine interest in data-driven advertising and a strong analytical mindset 

  • Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads or Meta Ads is an advantage 

  • Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g. Publisher Rocket, Helium 10 or similar) is a plus 

  • Any exposure to TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Google Ads is a welcome bonus 

  • Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets 

  • Structured, self-organised working style with a willingness to take ownership 

  • Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken — essential 

  • French language skills are a plus
